1989 Pizza & ThickShake's, Uppal — Restaurant in Telangana

My experience at 1989 pizza and thickshakes boduppal , was extremely disappointing. Not only was the food spoiled and inedible due to a strong unpleasant smell, The chicken colour was turned into green (thikshaken pasta was good) but the staff's behavior was completely unacceptable. They were rude, unprofessional, and showed no regard for customer satisfaction.

The lack of politeness and courtesy from the staff made an already bad experience even worse. I expect a basic level of respect and service from any establishment, which was clearly lacking here.

They have confirmed that they will get the chicken weekly once, I have requested them to show me the chicken which is used to cook the pizza but they refused and they said you never went any restaurant that's why you don't know the taste of chicken this was very rude behaviour by staff.

I would strongly advise against dining at this restaurant until they address these serious issues.

FYI( The restaurant owner was not there but they said sorry for their mistake and they refused the pizza money)

I don’t know about the ambience but I ordered food couple of times from this restaurant and trust me, each time I order I go through worst experience. The food taste will be either burnt or half cooked. I get pizza in warm state instead of hot. I just stay 2-3 kms from this restaurant. The customer service is also bad, when I called them to report the stale/cold food, they denied and blaming Zomato, infact I received the order in 30mins and ideally it should be hot but it is not. So either they are playing with customers who order during closing time by delivering stale food or left over by heating it for few minutes...

I visited this palce today, it's best place for pizzas and Thick shakes, they have very small place only for 8 members but the quality of food they serve is best.

They do have ♿ accessibility and it is easily noticeable from traffic. They have parking place and it's not much crowded, its exactly opposite to big Bazar, if you wondering off on maps.

Beside this place other restaurant also there, Hospitality is good and they serve on time not much delay. Give it try, when you are...
