This is one of the bigger brown bear franchises around here and they have live kitchen for some Chinese and the regular indian snacking like panipuri etc.

The bread is fresh, but difficult to get what you wanted, since they stock less breads. The rest of snacks, pastries and cakes of brownbear are generally available and good. I don't eat a lot of panipuri or chat, but the burger was decent when I tried, as is the pav bhaji.

This place is like a backwater with very little choice in food.. no decent restaurants even.. so this Chinese and live counter is a saver at times, since they have a decent seating here.

I generally takeaway or dine-in. They make decent fried rice and noodles.. not like the road side dry Chinese with lot of chilli powder.. but more like a reasonable fusion. Pricing is decent and tastes okay unlike every other join around the location.

Extremely disappointed with the experience at this shop. Despite being a big name, the management seems to have no concern for customer comfort or hygiene.

AC not working for over a month, and when asked about it, no one has a clue or gives a proper answer. It's peak summer, and there's no alternative like pedestal fans or coolers — sitting inside is unbearable.

Food is served in cheap paper plates, which is shocking for a shop of this scale.

The hand wash area is pathetic — dirty and unhygienic, with used plates kept right next to the wash basin.

Tables and chairs are broken or in poor condition, making dining uncomfortable.

To top it all, the food quality is extremely poor — nowhere close to expectations.

The best bakers from Hyderabad with more number of franchises and quality, quantity are superb. They never compromised about quality along with hygiene.
