DARBAR RESTAURANT AND BAR — Restaurant in Telangana

I have been regular customer of this restaurant, by taking boneless special chicken biryani family pack takehome parcel. My family has visited them for over 10 times here is the review.

During initial days, taste was good but its not that good in recent days. We had concerns with every time with our order. Once we had biryani with bone when our order was boneless.... we had to pack it again & visit the restaurant to get it corrected. They made a nice gesture by offering us a dry item to make it up for their screw up & it was fine. Then we started having tiny tiny bone particles along with rice, which get stuck in your teeth causing very discomfort. Our order in package was never complete, they would often miss one of the other item... like dry item will be missed or anything for that matter. They never check if they have packed everything & we customer realize is only after we open it at home.

Couple of days ago when we approached them after order screw up, they were reluctant to accepct & accused us of lying. This is the final nail in the coffin.

I as a customer don't deserve such a treatment & I need to receive the items/service for...

Not sure how this restaurant has 4 star rating below is my experience. I have ordered Chicken manchow soup: soup is not at all good I just tasted one spoon and didn't like it. I have left the soup bowl untouched, no service man is there any problem with soup. One butter naan and one garlic naan: garlic naan is good but butter is cold, when we asked them they re-heated it. But it is not good too dry, we left as we don't want to argue with them and spoil the moment. Boneless chicken biryani: taste is okay, but they serving people are very bad. They don't no how to serve also they have dropped the egg on table and no sorry also. Same we didn't say a word or argue. This restaurant is the last...

Very very expensive . Bathroom bad . Food worst . Beer supplier is expire date . No drinking g water . Forces to buy bottled water at the rate of ₹40/- waiters say they cannot supply drinking water . Their food is worst . Spicy spicy and spicy . Had Telangana chicken , the chicken used is Tandoor chicken which is not fresh but left overs . They use that chicken in gravey . The chicken stinks. One can easily make out . Tried chittenard ( spell error ) same gravey added some capsicum chicken same old frozen chicken . There are frozen blood stains in the chicken which shows it’s not cocked properly . I asked for drinking water again one Mr Ananth told me they will not give...
