Disappointed with Recent Experience – Lapinoz Bachupally Branch

Dear Mr. Sunil & Mr. Vishal,

After being a loyal customer for almost a year and consistently enjoying your pizzas, I’m disappointed to say that I’ve had to revise my review for the Lapinoz Bachupally branch from 5 stars to 1 star, following a very poor experience on 9th July 2025. (Please note that I have not removed my earlier review. You can check the same at the bottom of this review message)

I had ordered two medium Double burst pizzas under the BOGO Wednesday offer. Unfortunately, both pizzas were not properly baked, extremely thin and lacked the cheese filling I specifically paid extra for. (See the pics attached). What made it more frustrating is that I had clearly requested the staff to ensure proper cheese filling that was usually done well in the past.

This time, however, the quality had dropped drastically. Whether it's due to a change in staff or lack of attention in the kitchen, the result was simply unacceptable. When I raised the issue with the staff at the first-floor dine-in area, I was immediately assured a replacement pizza with proper filling. However, just five minutes later, the same staff member returned and bluntly told me, “This is how we generally give the pizzas, and we cannot provide a replacement.” The tone and attitude were both dismissive and unprofessional.

Had this been the standard from the beginning, I would have never become a regular customer. It’s unfortunate to see such a decline in both quality and service.

Regrettably, I will not be returning to this branch again. This experience has left a bitter impression, and you’ve unfortunately lost a loyal customer.
