This was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Visited with my family on 25th November evening on the occasion of my wedding anniversary. Waited for 3-4 minutes at the counter waiting for someone to take my order, they are busy in chatting and nobody cared. The person at desk went to the kitchen to prepare previous order. I asked a person in the uniform to take my order who is giving orders to the staff, he just looked at me and ignored. I couldn't understand and waited for the person who went to kitchen. She took the order and delivered in 15mins. The second order was going smooth until the bossy guy came and started talking with customer and staff very rudely and even asked the customers to leave if they can't wait. As most of us came with our family and kids asked the guy not to be rude, that triggered him like anything. He started abusing me and everyone at the store everyone in shock including the staff. When I asked him his name to make a complaint, he said I don't care. You can complaint as much as you want nothing will happen. This is unbelievable and terrifying experience, he even started challenging me to see outside. I was about dial 100 and complaint but, stopped by wife. We ignored and moved out, not make our anniversary ruined by someone. I have few questions to management: This might not be first time, even the female staff are terrified of him. He looks like a repeated offender. What kind of trining did you give to your staff on customer service? With such abusing language and attitude, he doesn't look much educated. What is the minimum qualification to get this job? By looking at broken furniture, leaving frustrated customer and the previous reviews. Management already know the issue. Is that correct? I used to order online most of the time, I am happy to share my joy of food by giving tips. If you can't service offline please stop. Read moreEverything looks good at this branch till some time back(may be till Dec 2021). After that whatever purchase I did here is of not good experience, be it online or at store. First coming to the store experience: The staff here are highly unpleasant and they are not caring the customers. It looks like, we are going there to beg them for a pizza(I mean it) - I had last visited this store on 15 May 2022 and had exactly the same experience. Even we go to the store and considering the staff pays some attention to what we ask- they won't take the order, instead they "ORDERS" us very rudely to order over online(They say their store server not working- Guys- for how many months it won't work). After their ORDER , they wont listen to whatever we ask for!! They even dont care if we are leaving the store- Great employees of the store!! Few months back, there used to be a manager's point of contact displayed on the main entrance itself to connect to him/her for any escalations- But it is not available now which means they are not ready to take feedback. 4.Last but not the last, the AC in the first floor never works - from almost an year if I remember it correctly.
Online Experience: I have ordered couple of times in the last few months, and all the times there was one or the other issue like extreme late delivery(late by more than 60 mins), getting a very cold pizza, one time pizza got crushed and it is almost like a dough from which we need to make pizza again.
Note: I am very loyal domino's customer from almost 10 years but things at this particular BODUPPAL branch are getting very worse and I vow I never visit this branch ever again...Dont go to this branch and get embarassed yourself- As it is mentioned in one of the other user reviews, it is better to have pani puri outside...
