From the moment I stepped into The Regal Heights Hotel, I knew I was in a place where guests are not just served — they are genuinely valued. What truly sets this hotel apart isn’t just its luxurious interiors or delicious food, but the impeccable manners, professionalism, and warmth of the staff that make your stay unforgettable.

The ambience of the place is definitely one of its highlights. It’s beautifully set up, offering a comfortable and inviting environment to enjoy a meal. The restaurant has a pleasant vibe, making it a good spot for families or groups.

The food was quite impressive. It was freshly prepared, which added to the overall taste and quality. The dishes were flavorful, and the portions were surprisingly generous. Compared to hotels located in the core of Hyderabad, the quantity here is much more, which is a big plus if you’re dining with a group.

However, the service left a lot to be desired. While the staff was polite, the overall responsiveness and attention could be improved to make the dining experience smoother and more enjoyable.

We booked conference hall for Birthday party manager asked to pay the entire amount before Party we left with few balance amount Manager came before cake cut and asked for amount 4k in front of all guests we said Party is too late wait for 15m will pay the amount he is not listening to us its a unprofessional hotel and management wrost than ever seen. Total bill was 46000 he's charged the taxes and asking to pay in cash only cheater don't want to pay tax.
