⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ Mixed Experience – Great First Try, Disappointed on Second Visit

Hi all, This is my updated review for Domino’s Pizza | Mithala Nagar, Hyderabad based on two visits/orders:

🍕 1st Experience – (Swiggy Order on 07-06-2025) Me and my elder sister ordered the Big Big 6-in-1 Pizza – Non-Veg through Swiggy. We were really happy this time! ✅ Pizza was big, fresh, tasty, and delivered hot ✅ Good improvement since our first-ever dine-in (when the outlet was newly opened with limited staff) ✅ Delivery was smooth — even though Domino’s executive delivered it (not Swiggy), which was a bit unexpected Overall, a great experience, and we were excited to try them again.

🍕 2nd Experience – (Dine-in on 04-07-2025) I went with my son-in-law to grab a budget-friendly pizza. We saw a poster about the Lunch Feast – 4-Course Meal for ₹99, but sadly, we missed it by just 1 minute (it's valid till 3:00 PM only).

So, we ordered: 🧀 1 Regular Hand Tossed Pizza (Gold Corn) – ₹93.45 (incl. tax)

⚠️ Disappointment: The pizza presentation was poor — the cheese was messed up, and overall it looked sloppy. The taste was just okay, not up to Domino’s usual standard. For the price, it was fine, but the quality and effort in preparation were clearly missing.

📝 Final Thoughts: 🟢 First order was a great experience – tasty pizza, good quality 🔴 Second visit was underwhelming – poor presentation, average taste

This outlet still has potential, but consistency is key. Hoping they maintain the quality every time, not just occasionally.

Will I order again? ✔️ Yes, but cautiously. Only when I crave Domino’s and hope to get their better side again!

This outlet is on the main road of RCI to Manda mallamma function hall towards the function hall route. Approaching to the outlet itself is tricky have to come from the service lane and if vehicles are parked in the service lane then you have to park 50mts far from the place. Ambience inside is decent and there is only limited parking for 🏍️. I was kept waiting for 5 mins just to say that they are not taking orders as they have lot of them🤷‍♂️. They simply ignore the person, donno what kind of courtesy is that. At least they can pass information that they are busy. They did not take any orders for me so no comments about the quality or taste of food here, there is a restroom which is well maintained. Well that has been my experience at the place.

I recommend visiting the place during non peak hours otherwise you will have to return back with hunger like me.

Two stars just because iam feeling good that they got a new branch opened and it's of more use for people to identify address of near by colony. As everyone said in reviews I agree to them. Slow service. Newly opened. Staff doesnt respond because of limited staff. Will edit review after few months after verifying if they have changed or still the same. 20th August 2022 : went around 9PM with my child and they said counter is closed. I peeped into counter again and enquired why its closed at 9 then his response was we only have medium pizza. The store still not yet operational correctly. Needs good employees and services. lowering rating to 1 star because my child got disappointed without pizza...
