I am extremely disappointed with Pizza Hut's service. I placed an order for a pizza over an hour ago and it still hasn't arrived. When I called to inquire about the delay, I was given the most ridiculous excuses like "the driver got lost" and "there was a mix-up in the kitchen." These excuses are unacceptable and show a complete lack of professionalism on their part.

I will never be ordering from Pizza Hut again and I strongly advise others to steer clear of this incompetent establishment. The late delivery and poor excuses have left a bad taste in my mouth, both literally and figuratively. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere for your pizza...

Don't go here. They are doing fraud. I strongly advise against visiting the Pizza Hut located in Balapur. My experience there was highly disappointing due to apparent fraudulent practices. Upon entering, I was initially enthusiastic, but this quickly turned to frustration. Staff members provided inconsistent pricing information, with one employee quoting a different price than another, leading to confusion and dissatisfaction.

The worst pizza I have ordered from here..... It tastes so bad... It was all burnt and the corn too.. It's just sauce and mayonnaise all over the local bread they buy and burnt corn 😨🤮 guys I recommend not to buy from here specially from swiggy...... It's disgusting.... It's the worst, no taste at all. They don't even give the basic need tissues and ketchup...
