We had the worst experience...2 times we visited and it was okay and near to us.and thought of going again..and the 3rd visit..literally killed..us..we had a chicken biryani and some starters..and biryani..was smelly..dry..and the waiters are always in a hurry to serve so that we cannot look or notice in to the food they are serving us...our kids had vomitings..and it took atleast 2 days for us to recover...and we never wanted to be there in.my life though we commute daily from there..and almost 3months we never touched outside food...This review is not to crticize..but the management shld understand that if the food quality is not good and the waiters have to suggest us to take some other good food..or others items..but not to just serve and make it miserable for someone's life...I have ordered in zomato also sometimes...and the quality was suspicious then we thought of having it directly and literally...

Quality is defined as consistency in churning out your products. Ghungroo certainly excels in it. I have been visiting this restaurant for almost 4 years now and their food and service has been consistently above expectations.

Indian fare at the restaurant is the highlight of the menu. The dishes are tasty and the freshness of the spices used is evident. Chinese dishes are heavily Indianized and portions are smaller compared to other Chinese food restaurants that I frequent but it too is tasty nevertheless.

We ordered multiple dishes for home delivery from Ghungroo, Apollo Fish, Natu Kodi eguru, Hakka noodles and Andhra Mutton dry. Overall very disappointed with the experience, only item that was good was Hakka noodle, both Natu Kodi and Apollo Fish tasted spoiled, particularly Natu Kodi was really spoiled. As for Andhra Mutton Dry I knew there would be bones in the dish, but this was more like 80% bones not exaggerating, very disappointing. We did call them to inform, we have ordered from them before, this is the first time this disappointed, so questioning if we should ever order...
