Worst staff at service! Very rude and impolite behavior. They have no basic manners to speak to customers! I placed an order for 35+ cream buns and requested the server to pack two of them in a separate small box. He firstly said he doesn't have a box that would fit two cream buns in it. Later when I said it wouldn't require a special box to pack them, he came up with the most miserable excuse (in a rude tone) that it comes at a cost of Rs. 15! Seriously? A cardboard box at Rs. 15? I asked him what if I ordered two pastries costing Rs. 40 each, you'd box them in that same box without cost or you'd ask me to pay for the box? Then I asked him to get over his miserable and lame excuses and offered to pay him for that box if he was putting up all this melodrama for the sake of grabbing money. To which he started responding rudely and attempted to shoo me away. He realized his pathetic, miserable attitude and hence was trying to shoo me away. There was another joker among the staff who also joined him in the course of action.

Also, I'm not the only one who experienced this. Unfortunately, there were two other customers who were treated the same way.

I guess, the management needs to take strict action by changing their staff or coaching them for good.

This is costing the owner of the business a lot of money if this same...

At sikh village, near Bowenpally raithu bazar, Located on the main road. No car parking . Onlye few bikes can park in front. Plum cakes, carrot cake, plain cake, chocolate cake, dill pasand, dill khush, biscuits , bread, are famous here. U get only veg items here . But egg puff is also available. Recently they have renovated the store. Not professional staff but very old staff. Working for many years. I have been going to this bakery since 2017 to till date. Prices have increased little bit. But taste remains the same. Always crowded place because of the taste and the low prices. Guys u have to taste their cakes. No dinein here....

My favorite go to place, consistent quality across all bakery items and snacks and savories.

Super good people.. always in the move to ensure you have a good buying experience.

Their Egg Puffs are one of the Best in Town.. Super Crispy , tangy spicy with onion masala and nice boiled eggs, layered puff experience makes you feeling a kid.

Sponge cakes are awesome so are their plum cakes .

If you stop once am sure you might always stop there everytime you pass by the Sikh Village Road.
