A fat man, who appears to be the owner, collected more than the billed price from my credit card. when i resisted he said that the extra amount would be given to the waitress. ultimately, he returned the extra amount. the butter chicken which we ordered did not have chicken. the waiters were busy in gossiping. the bathroom was unclean. the food normal. they charged extra money for providing sitting arrangement at the first floor, i.e. family area. they have two kind of charges, one for ground floor which is non-ac and another for the first floor which is ac and for family. this is a fake bawarchi. bawarchi has only one branch in hyderabad. will never recommend...

We as a group of 10 visited this restaurant, first that they didn't serve us enough food, they just blatantly said that the biryani is over and cannot arrange when we were in the middle of dinner. Post dinner, they demanded a tip for which I denied because of the worst service we got. But they without intimating me cut 10% tip when I swiped the card. The tip has been deducted a day after my visit to the restaurant. This is really extortion kind of thing. People should take a note of this and please check the amount while they swipe the card. The chicken they use in biryani is not a fine quality one & it does very bad (i assure you this). Except it any other dish may be better option.

Service is next big problem, servers won't care about you for sure. You have to call them for ordering food.
