Sri Sampoorna Hotel — Restaurant in Telangana

I had the worst experience ever with Sri Sampoorna Hotel. This was the fourth time when I was disappointed with the order being placed. That is the only reason I am posting my review on this. So that no one else has to encounter such a horrible thing. First of all, the food prepared is of low grade quality. Then also, these people take false pride in presenting themselves to the customers. One night,I placed an order via Zomato. First of all, the order came after 45 minutes which can be acceptable given the distance. Secondly, I did not receive all the items which I ordered from the app. When we called the manager of Sri Sampoorna, he said that the Zomato's delivery agent did not take the whole order and left. That we are right on our part and gave the whole packet containing all the ordered items to the delivery person. On the contrary, the Zomato's delivery person said that he took whatever he was handed over at the respective hotel. And that its not his fault. Now the actual question which arises here is, whose fault it really is! Why always the customer has to suffer? When we escalated this matter to the restaurant's manager, he refused to accept his fault and asked us to do whaterver we want. When we informed him,that we will post it on social media and let our corporate fellows know about this,they said they don't care and they are true on their part. After all this ruckus,we finally received our food after 1.5 hours which was inedible. The whole matter could have been sorted out if the restaurant or Zomato had accepted their fault(whosoever was actually responsible). But, nothing of this sort happened and the whole thing took an evil turn. I had to eat the inedible food as there was no other option available at that point of time( it was 23:45 p.m.). We tried to contact the Zomato Customer care. But they did not repsond. When we asked the Zomato Delivery person to call his manager, he said he does not know. Now at midnight, we were left with no option whom to actually call and let this matter know. I don't know whose actual fault it was. But I just want everyone who gets a chance to go through this to reconsider whenever you are thinking to order from Sampoorna. Because no one will help when you go through...

Had Mutton Haleem on first day at this hotel, it took 20 minutes to parcel one single plate of Haleem, as it is day one, this is quite ignorable.... B U T ..... I don't mine to call it as WORLDS WORST HALEEM..... Worst taste, Worst Quality, Worst appearance, It smells like HELL, please donot smell it....it doesn't look like Haleem, usually any Haleem will be in a paste form, but Sri Sampoora Haleem is in liquid form, i would say any road side Haleem tastes better than Sri Sampoora Haleem, the only best part is, they serve a Coke along with this Haleem, Price for a single plate of Haleem is Rs140.00, but based on its taste, its not worth to spend 20 rupees for this Haleem(15 for coke and 5 for Haleem)..... I strongly recommend not to have Haleem in this Hotel..... Apart from Haleem, everything tastes good in this Hotel.....

Good service & staff responded for each and every thing we require. Transparency in other matters. Management is too supportive and coordinative to bring things collectively. The staff is wonderful to work with and helps plan the entire event. All the arrangement done were very well done, and we really liked our experience. Nice ambience overall it was a good experience. Loved elegant decor. Which added a nice touch. Luxury banquet hall and very friendly services provided by the management. Tasty food, best place for functions and maintenance was good. Very nice decoration and very nice food as well. All the arrangements done were very well done. The food, the service is excellent. Parking is available at open space. Good kind of banquet hall.
