KFC — Restaurant in Telangana

Hi KFC team, first of all I want to report the worst experience I ever had in any KFC I have ever visited in any country. Today at 27th of sep at 8:23 pm I placed an order at KFC nizampet (for take away) through the KFC app with order number- K542A40307 I have multiple issues regarding this particular order : First - I waited there for almost 30 minutes to collect my order where it is only supposed to take 10-15 minutes Until here it was kind of okay ‘cause these things can happen anywhere Second - After reaching my home which is barely 5 minutes away from the respective KFC restaurant I found my food was cold But the real issues start from here Third - after checking my order, I found out that couple of things in my order were missing ( 2 peri peri chicken) and my drinks were flat and tasted like chemical water (7up and Mirinda) The chicken was so bad that the only way I can describe is, it was rock hard!!! Plus had burnt taste to it LITERALLY BURNT! Even my dog refused to finish it(usually loves chicken) b By the type I write this my sister started puking the food she ate which was only 2 pieces of chicken wings, which begs the question how was the food made! And the quality of the ingredients used. Fifth - worst customer service ever experienced tried calling the store no one picked up!!! contacted the customer support and raised a complaint, I was told to stand by for 10 minutes to receive a call from the store management and the call never ever arrived! tried calling back after 15 minutes, was given multiple contact numbers this time by contacting it connected to an employee who no longer worked with KFC and left the Job literally 6 months ago apparently. Iam completely utterly shocked and disappointed by this experience! Never had this issue with any other KFC before! The customer service is not reliable which is disappointing as well for such a gigantic brand. Iam writing this email and putting my energy and efforts only ‘cause this should be heard! This should be taken seriously no one has to suffer Like this and CORRECTIVE ACTION must be taken, food poisoning is not a matter that should be...

I had worst experience in kfc nizampet branch, cheated by KFC , not served/given half of the order.

I didn't received pepsi and popcorn regular in classic chicken krisper order.

Same as in American Nashville roll I didn't received pepsi and fries

i received only classic chicken krisper burger American Nashville roll Caribbean spicy zinger

2 pepsi drink and regular fries and chicken popcorn regular not given/served by KFC.

In Indian paneer zinger order I didn't received pepsi drink and regular fries.

This was happed with me in 0977 Order too, few items was not offering by KFC persons, it's totally cheating. They are taking signal issue as advantage, you will receive invoice by whatsapp message. Here at kfc having signal issue, I didn't receive invoice.

I asked at kfc counter that cross verify my order, they said correct only. But in 0977 invoice I have to receive 7 items, instead of 7 they give me only 3 items.

Order 0978 also I have to receive 7 items but they served me 5 only,

Ambience also not great, AC also off.

I never recommend this kfc...

The first thing I noticed when I stepped in—it stank. There was a very odd scent. However, this was the least of my issues. I ordered 2 burgers & a chicken combo. The chicken was TINY & oily. There was more bone than meat. The main issue, though, is the burger. It was cold bread with a huge chunk of mayo slapped onto it (not even spread ???) & a random slice of RAW ONION thrown on one side. Surely the patty would be fine, though, right? It was the tiniest, lifeless tender I have ever seen. It is an abomination to all burgers throughout history. I had to eat cold bread, a large slab of mayo, & raw onion before getting to the chicken. I had finished 2/3rds of my “burger” before getting there. Now, at least the chicken tasted nice! ☺️ Except it didn't. It felt like I was eating a mirchi bajji. Not the slightest taste of meat. The service & atmosphere were also horrible. Nearly every table had food on it. It took asking TRICE before anyone came to clean it up. It was warm, with barely any air conditioning. Overall a 0/10 experience in every section. Absolutely horrid. Worst KFC I have...
