Lotus Bar and Restaurant — Restaurant in Telangana

The bar opens at 10:00 am, but there won't be single person to serve liquor till 12:00 noon. We need to buy the liquor prepaid at the counter and find some chairs and pull them near some table and have drinks. There won't be any food, not even packed snacks till 12:00.
