I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an order we placed for an eggless cake from SLV Bangalore Iyengar bakery@ Jodimetla. Unfortunately, the cake we received contained egg, which contradicts our request for an eggless product.

When we brought this issue to your attention, the staff explained that the appearance of egg in the cake was due to preparations for egg puffs. This explanation is concerning, as it suggests a lack of proper separation between egg and eggless products. We encountered unhelpful attitudes from bakery owner and staff when we sought clarification.

Please avoid visiting this place and be safe....
