Firstly there is no reception to greet and escort customers to tables, customers are left on their own to figure out what table they need to seat and dine in.
I waited for 10 minutes to see if someone will come and ask me how many people we were and show me where to be seated, but no when I approached the staff they gave me an arrogant answer to go and seat where there is an empty table. If customers were asked to seat on their own then why the hell should we pay premium I can go and get the same food in some other restaurants with courteous service and staff.
After getting seated no one cared to come and take order from us for next 20 minutes. After repeated calls they headed and took our order. Next cleanliness of the tables were horrible, there are food stains all over the table. Even now after repeated reminders they changed food paper on the table but didn’t wipe the table. I gave up on them at this point, since there is no point in arguing with them. It’s better not to speak about cleanliness of glasses and plates, glasses are dust ridden and there are finger print stains on them. Either appetizer plates weren’t cleaned properly or they haven’t changed them, food remnants from diners before us were very clearly visible and they didn’t even bothered changing them.
They served food to us in broken plates and there is no cutlery on the table.
Coming to quality of food it is not up to the standards of Paradise, chicken biryani we ordered wasn’t of the same quality and taste we had at other locations. We ordered double masala and they got us regular biryani when asked they brought extra masala and asked us to mix it ourselves. Food was also not presented properly, Raitha and Mirchi ka salan was spilled over the cups (giving them benefit of doubt, did they dripped it directly into container and served us, because you know every scenario is possible given how they are operating).
Even glasses in which drinks were served to us had strains of mint chutney, wiped them with a tissue before having it.
If how they will continue operating then not only this location but I will stop going to...
Read moreParadise franchise needs a serious look at this outlet as the three basic features - food, customer service and the atmosphere are all of the lowest quality.
Food: We ordered supreme chicken biryani family combo. The taste of the rice was fine but the chicken was not so fresh. Not the paradise kind of food.
Customer Service: There is no proper waiting area, so we had to stand outside the outlet. Tables are also not so clean. Water glasses were not properly washed and were with a stinky smell. There were 3-4 staff serving ~10 tables but they were unable to manage and the orders were delivered so late that at least 7-10 groups of customers left.
Atmosphere: it would be better if I don't talk about the atmosphere of the outlet. The air conditioning is pathetic. The tables were not clean. Toilet needs to be overhauled.
Given this pathetic quality, the spent amount of 2k+ for ~5 members wasn't worth it. Somebody at Paradise needs to take steps for a complete overhaul of this outlet should they wish...
Read morePathetic Service. The staff was not at all keen in providing service. I waited in the restaurant for good 20 min and no one bothered to even take the order, then I personally went to the counter for order and after the order they asked me to wait for 10 min , but I waited for 20 min and still I dint receive the food, I dint order any fancy items mentioned in the menu, all I ordered was 3 chicken biriyani, and this was what they couldn’t get 40 min, then we left the restaurant without eating and the staff dint even bother to stop us and they were infact very happy to send us without food. Such restaurants should be closed. Paradise is spoiling its name by providing franchise to people who can’t maintain...
