During a relaxing weekend drive, we happened to discover a well known restaurant, Pista House along the highway. Having heard countless praises about their exquisite biryani, we didn’t want to pass up the opportunity to stop by and indulge ourselves. It was a spontaneous yet much anticipated visit.

While we were initially tempted to try their mandi, the adults in the group opted to skip the extra rice this time. Instead, we decided to go with a classic and satisfying combination buttery soft naan paired with rich, flavorful butter chicken. It turned out to be an excellent choice, balancing taste and indulgence perfectly. The kids, on the other hand, couldn’t resist the aromatic allure of the zafrani chicken biryani, and judging by their happy faces, it certainly lived up to the hype.

To round off our meal, we treated ourselves to their apricot delight a wonderfully refreshing and sweet end to our hearty meal.

The overall dining experience was impressive. The restaurant maintained a high standard of cleanliness and had a welcoming, well kept ambiance. The staff was courteous, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our visit.

However, it's unfortunate to observe that even on the outskirts of the city, some visitors whom we often refer to as 'penguins and their entourage' continue to disrespect the environment by littering outside the premises. It’s a reminder that while good food and hospitality can elevate our experiences, we must also take responsibility for keeping our surroundings clean and treating public...

Again another HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT AT PISTA HOUSE Shameerpet. Food Quantity reduced by at least 30% within a period of 2 months. Food Quality is adjustable. Ambience was good but Unconscious, Under trained and Careless Staff made it Pathetic. Waiter wasn't sure of suggesting something good for 5 Folks for Starters and Main Course, she had no idea what she was talking about. We ordered Biryani for main course, it was just Warm and Quantity was less, with 2 small chicken pieces (usually Biryani is served with 2 large or Medium+ pieces and a boiled egg). While having food, AC stopped working, on quering about it, Waitress said that it's closing time so AC will be Off by default setting, we and other customers got frustrated with such silly comments and asked if it is Closing time then they shall not accept anymore customers after specific time, it shall be mentioned clearly at door, online etc., Security shall not allow Customers after that specific hour but we saw they were accepting customers even after we were done dining, again Waitress mentioned that AC remote isn't available and trying to find it... did she think we wet3 from Kinder Garden !? At the Bakery, they started a New Scam by mentioning Prulice on the Price Tag with comment 'Tax as Applicable', it was too much Annoying and Disappointing that Pista House is loosing it's Core Respect and Value at all the new Outlets and Franchisees, just for some price Pista House makers are making Huge Blunder, these new Franchisee owners aren't able to Manage...
