Taaza Tiffins — Restaurant in Telangana

We’ve been regular customers at Taza Tiffin Center due to our proximity to Balapur, but unfortunately, their service has consistently been disappointing. Time and again, we’ve faced serious issues with parcel orders — the staff either packs the wrong items or gives incorrect quantities.

Despite clearly ordering vadas, we’ve received Mysore bhajiyas on multiple occasions. Even after confirming the order several times at the counter, the staff still gets it wrong. It’s clear that they’re either not properly trained or simply not paying attention. We’ve even sent photos and full details of the incorrect orders to the owner, who admitted fault and promised to rectify the issue — including a refund and a commitment to train the staff, but i never got the reply to this message and nor i got the refund.

But sadly, nothing has changed. Just 10 days after our last complaint, the same issue happened again — this time, the idli count in the parcel was incorrect. It’s frustrating and disappointing that a regular customer’s feedback is being ignored so blatantly.

I strongly advise potential customers to avoid taking parcel orders from here until they seriously improve their service standards. Consistency and basic order accuracy are the least one can expect from any food outlet — Taza Tiffin Center has failed miserably on...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tasty Food with Open-Air Vibes – But Hygiene Needs Attention!

Hi all, Me, my elder sister, and my nephew visited Taaza Tiffins on 06-06-2025 at 9:45 PM. Here's what we ordered:

🍽️ Ghee Karam Dosa – ₹90 🍽️ Ghee Karam Idli – ₹25 🍽️ Rasam Vada – ₹65 🍽️ Ragi Dosa – ₹90 💰 Total Bill – ₹270

🌟 Taste & Quality: All 4 items were absolutely delicious – fresh, flavorful, and served hot. Especially loved the Ghee Karam Dosa – crispy and spicy with the right amount of ghee!

🪑 Ambience: The restaurant has huge outdoor seating only, which makes it a nice spot for dinner, especially at night. It has a casual and lively vibe – perfect for friends and family outings.

⚠️ Downsides: 🚿 The handwash tap was loose, and they didn’t provide any handwash liquid. 🚰 Drinking water is placed right next to the handwash area, which is unhygienic. I even saw some people using the drinking water to wash their hands – a big turn-off. 😷

Final Thoughts: Food-wise, Taaza Tiffins is a gem, but the hygiene and wash area need serious attention. If they fix that, it would be an easy 5-star experience. Will definitely come again for the food, but hope they improve...

The dosas are crisp and golden, the idlis soft and fluffy, and the chutneys taste freshly ground with just the right kick of spice. Even the presentation feels more thoughtful.

The staff seems more attentive, service is quicker, and the atmosphere has become warmer and more inviting. It’s clear that the new management is committed to maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
