I had a really great experience at the Pizza Hut in Karimnagar and I think it’s worth sharing. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The interiors are very well designed with cool wall art and fun quotes about pizza that immediately put you in a good mood. It’s a nice mix of modern and cozy, and honestly, it makes the whole dining experience much more enjoyable.

The staff here were very friendly, polite, and attentive. They made sure we were comfortable and guided us well with the menu. Service was also pretty quick, which is always a plus when you’re really hungry and craving pizza.

Now, coming to the food – the pizzas were just amazing. Freshly baked, cheesy, and full of flavor. You can really feel the quality in every bite. The worst pizza I have ever had! Sorry for the negative review but I hope this helps to improve the service.

Firstly, there is no proper availability of appetizers except garlic bread and pockets. The paneer pocket was average the place was hot and they don't care abt the comfort of their clients. They switched on AC only when the place got filled that too after asking.

The pizza crust is super thick like a foccacia bread(or even more thicker) with very less toppings . Such a weird way to eat pizza. Mind you , you have buy dips extra after paying 735 rupees for a meal of 2. What's more funnier is they ran out of stock so they gave a small portion of plain mayonnaise for 30 rupees. Pure looting!

We ordered meal for 2, but the drinks included wouldn't come until we go beg them in the counter which are the only blessing in the entire meal. The chocolate lava cake was again average and nothing like lava oozing out .

Worst Pizza Hut I have ever seen. No customer friendly, no proper service. Even after placing an order in advance, unable to deliver the order to collect within the time. Some times server will be problem and unable to place an order on the store. It made to visit the Domino's. In this corporate world I have never seen this kond of service from a reputed brand. As there is no option to reply to your question I am updating here. I have sent the details to the mentioned email I'd with details. It's been almost a month and no reply as of now.
