Sensations Bistro — Restaurant in Telangana

Very bad experience and service!! Came to restaurant hungry and left the restaurant hungry!! In my knowledge, I never left a restaurant hungry like this. I am not sure if they really care about their customers. We came to restaurant at 10.30 and they started saying kitchen closes so we have nothing except biryani. We requested them, if they can make pasta, pizza or something and we really came all the way here for those things, they said nothing. We also asked it's not even 5 min past 10.30. I think their watches run 10 min faster than our time in our phones (IST), I even checked my phone to the matter of fact when he said that. We also asked if they have any starters or soup or anything, again nothing. If we really want only biryani we would have gone to a different restaurant locally, where they serve all this starters and all even at 11 if we are in the restaurant and tasting much better like a real biryani rather than a very little flavored or oiled up rice. I don't think any restaurant would want their customers to leave back hungry, while they are in the restaurant sitting. And the explanation we got is everything has to be cooked, and by the time they cook, give it to us and we leave the restaurant it will be 11.30, so they won't give it but biryani can be given readily as they have it stocked up. I think even if somebody wants to sit there and eat biryani and leave when they are with family, it will be 11.30 anyways. And during this situation, there are atleast 4 or 5 tables still active with people and everyone with only biryani on their tables. So if you want to go to this restaurant for dinner and spend some time with your family, it's a waste of time, because u are going to leave the restaurant hungry. Specially after 10 pm, technically no way u can get anything that u want, the usual peak time when other restaurants locally are busy. We went in with a thought of atleast 2000 bill and that my baby can have a nice 'mac and cheese' locally here in Karimnagar and left it paying some 400, taking biryani parcel. And, coming to biryani - it's just some plain rice and oil, like that of just the white flavoured rice on top of biryani with no masala and no flavour. I understand in such restaurants, may be they would have it such. But I haven't had such biryani even in other countries, where they don't really know how to make a biryani or in 'not spicy' eating countries. However, I am glad atleast my baby could have it ;), because it's very blunt and with no flavour, like that of a baby's meal. However, he also ate only two gulps and he didn't like the taste. Visited this place, the ambience is good with nice music and the interior decoration shows the taste of management in arranging colourful bottles and all which pulls the young croud much. But there is a less place for people who want to enjoy the food by sitting outside there is very little place arranged in the balcony . There is no parking place for four wheelers. When coming to food the taste of pizza is very good the texture is soft and cooked with good amount sauce and cheese the toppings are placed well but the pineapple topping didn't look fresh they are little bit dry.
