The place is decent, you will find a cashier sitting in a big utensil. The area was planned well, there are plenty of well maintained wash basins. However, the strong smell of raw and deteriorating meat can be sensed, coming from the kitchen which is right across. The people who are responsible for taking orders are very busy watching their mobile phones.

They served soup, soup was so diluted with water, upon checking they rudely declined serving better soup and mentioned to keep aside if we don't like it.

We ordered Madhfoon mandi, the rice tasted quite good, however the mutton was not well cooked, it had a stale smell indicating that it wasn't washed well. Meat was also not completely tenderized, explaining that maybe the meat was not cooked in the earth for enough time as a madhfoon meat should be.

The behavior of people serving food and meat quality was a big let down.

Few steps management can immediately take - Coach the boys taking orders to behave well Consider improving the soup quality else to get rid of it. Wash mutton thoroughly before cooking it Consider increasing salad quantity Should give mayonnaise free of cost Sanitise kitchen and discard the rotten meat timely in a manner that smell is not sensed around Tenderising the meat Plan the quantity of food to avoid serving cold...

NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR.. Very pathetic, 3rd class quality, I traveled 25kms to dine here but it was worth less, I regret traveling from so long for this kind of food. The pieces you get with Mandi are like you cant even imagine, there is no flesh, just bones that too cheap 3rd class, for a moment I was confused if it was Mutton or BEEF such poor is the quality of food. Im a foodie Ive tasked mandi almost everywhere but have never seen such pathetic place and food in my like, you will be charged for extra cup of Mayonnaise.... seriously they charge you here if you by any chance ask to get extra mayonnaise, they wont tell you its for extra cost, they will happily serve you but it will be billed at the end. I would say the place is overrated it is usually very crowded at peak times in the evening around 8pm to 12am I visited there with my friends around 10 of us it took them around half an hour to accommodate us and they did not have bigcabin to fit in all of us as they were very busy at peak time coming to food order chicken mandi and mutton Mandi address of the reviews I felt they were overrated as I did not enjoy the food so much having better Mandi in the past I felt that a better job could have been done and also been neglected us for serving starter mutton soup and the mutton was pretty good chicken could have been better and had some Arabic dessert as well,the desserts were pretty good but I would say they could have done a lot better job ratings in future can be changed in the food...
