We took veg biryani. Good quantity of vegitables as Paneer, beens, green peas, carrots and potato.
I dont know why they are calling it as Biryani. They cook colored masala rice, white masala rice and vegitables seperately. Veggies are not marinated, they simply fried them in oil. In bucket 1st they layered colored rice, next veggies then white masala rice on top. Its not at all a dum biryani or biryani even though they cooked with long grain rice. But i dont know why they have given with layers, may be just to show. We mixed while serving it hence coudnt take photos from the begining.
