Santhosh Family Dhaba 100% Pure Veg*A/C — Restaurant in Telangana

Highly dissatisfied experience. I went for take away order. I faced following issues : 1) Maida (refined wheat floor) roti's were parceled to me. 2) Complimentary salad was staled, onion seems to be cut since morning and same stale onion was packed in evening order. Within 6-7 minutes after I placed the order, my food parcel was handed over at counter. I was really astonished that how come a order of 6 tandoori roti, daal, curry and jeera rice with special instruction of less oil could be even packed in 6 minutes??? I wish a best wishes to owner so that a timely action could be taken by him else his regular customers will be bound to look for...

Food is good. Serving is not at all professional. Found a dead rat in the shutter door.(It was not inside the premises of restaurant but the dead rat was visible from the glass) Directed the restaurant owners to remove it, they covered the glass with a cloth.

And the prices are too much. Ambience is so so.

Sorry for being Frank. Except taste nothing went well.

I request the owners to take the criticism constructively and improve the restaurant. All the best.

Also, the restaurant doesn't belong to official chain of santhosh restaurant. It is a fake look alike.

I hope the owners will come up with their own new brand and build...

One of the worst restaurant I dined in recently.

The menu says here " premium quality food" The only thing premium is houseflies here.. Every single table inside the restaurant is full of them, we are paying for premium food of houseflies.

The waiters are so so lazy , for first time I dint tipped here.

Food is of full colour that I had to waah my hand thoroughly.

Bill is same as just any other Santosh dhaba.

But the quantity is the lowest of the whole franchise.

Food quality is very sub standard with heavy coloring in.

Not going to visit...
