If there is chance of giving 0 star, I would happily give that. I have ordered 1.5Kg strawberry cake and the taste of the cake is disgusting. The topping that they have put is giving some weird bitter taste.

When I ask them about this, they say this is how the strawberry cake would taste, as if we have not eaten strawberry cake anywhere else in the world. I saw them placing the cakes in the freezer at the entrance for 3 or 4 days and selling it saying they are fresh. I even had a bad experience some time back, but thought it might be a one off case. Now, I realize that this is their standard.

One of the worst bakery in pragathi nagar. Don't go to this bakery. They don't know how to talk to customers, lady who is in cash counter very rude and irresponsible. we ordered customised smash cake. They agreed with matching colours as per our requirement. They delivered different colour and saying it was mistaken wants to cancel my order.
