The service department is really warm and respectful and the counter guy is just opposite to them. May be he didn’t learn how to treat CUSTOMERS.

Advantages Wide variety of cakes Amazing service team Easy parking for bike and fit two hatchbacks easily Wide range of snacks for mornings and almost everything.

Disappointment is. Counter guy has no mask and throws your products in carry bag as if it’s a piece of rock but not a cake lol.

Pragathi Nagar Karachi Bakery It’s been a long time since I arrived. They said “preparing time” was around 12 minutes, but after that, the restaurant delayed another 30 minutes. There were 4 sweet boxes in my order, but they prepared only one box at first — wasting even more time. The staff are not efficient, and it’s unclear what the management is even doing. We ordered 2kg themed cake. I have waited for more than 2 hours to see the cake in the bakery (they brought it from other place) and its damaged. Even after postponing birthday celebration, thats the output they provided. Out of no other option, i had to take two 1 kg cakes for birthday. Those cakes were also not upto the mark, they are just like piece of bread. Thats a worst experience anyone can have. Please avoid ordering cakes here to have mental peace. One of the worst karachi...
