Taaza Tiffins — Restaurant in Telangana

Stumbled upon this restaurant on a hungry afternoon searching for a lunch spot.

Surprised by the quality of their vegetarian thali with 7 items and fryums(Vadiyalu).

The quantity of rice is good enough for one person. All the items were tasty with the right quantity and the right salt and chillies kick. Thoroughly enjoyed their food.

My colleagues had Chapathi and curry. Although the Chapathi could be less oily. The curry tasted good.

Overall a good spot in Bachupally Miyapur road for a quality and pocket friendly filling bite any day any time.

The service staff were very kind and informed us when our order arrived.

The restaurant and the wash hand basin area are just OK.

The seating is comfortable.

I may not be able to sit and have my food during the summer months as it is an open restaurant with just a nice roof and open from all sides plus the dust from the busy street.

The restaurant is self-service. There is an electronic ordering panel which did not work for us. We ordered manually and when asked at the cash counter for the electronic panel, no one bothered to respond.

The only downside is the parking. Wheelchair access...

First of all this is different from “TAAZA KITCHEN, Madhapur” . Taaza tiffins and taaza kitchen are two different brands and cannot compare food options here and there. Best part of it is you can take single pieces and try multiples tastes instead of the plate policy and filling your stomach with just tasting 1 item. 1 piece idly is 15/- and 1 piece ghee karam idli is 25/-. I think with good ambience and food the pricing okay. We usually have dosas for about 120/- and idlis for about 45/- without any shelter near idl lake. So i think it’s pretty affordable. Just finished my dining here and felt like giving the review very soon. Honestly thinking that I should never return to this place bcz the food is just horrible. Not even a single item we ordered was hot (not even warm), no salt or taste. We ordered tomato rice in which the salt was not mixed properly bcz of which I could taste lumps of salt in between, onion dosa was not good, chutney is completely bad, curries that were served with chapathi and tomato rice (only after requesting them to provide) were tasteless, sambhar is pathetic.
