HOTEL HIBISCUS TREE — Hotel in Telangana

We stayed in this hotel for 5 days and prepaid the expense. We came for a badminton tournament which was held in Chetan Anand academy. Booked it based on the ratings online. Everything seems paid. They gave us a room initially in which AC was not working and the room was small. they told they are going to sort out the AC issue and didn't till 8.00 p.m. I asked for refund and they refused. Receptionist was a helpless lady and the owner wouldn't show up or take calls. After numerous calls to MakeMyTrip,we had no choice but to move out. We were charged 3000rs per day. Paid for 5 days and stayed back when they shifted to another room. Dirty linen and the washroom had water standing because of a leak in one of the taps. First night,there was no water because of plumbing issue. No hot water. As my child needs a shower several times a day after games,i had to ask them to heat water in a vessel and get it to the room. I used to take cold showers as bringing water everytime takes 45 mins. Water bottles were not given. Pathetic breakfast. The idli batter got spoiled and the idlis were smelling and we informed the same to the reception. As usual,they said sorry and didn't do much about it. After a very long time enjoyed a nice dinner. Reason is Hibiscus 🌺, for the simple ambience, lovely food, great service and nice conversation with Vijay, who clearly knows why the name is Hibiscus to what ingredients are used for cooking along with reason. In recent past time, I think I have not found anyone so good at their customer service. I hope they continue it going ahead as well.

First things first, we ordered Vegetarian food and it was simply too good. Very different and nice. Pricing is very reasonable and absolutely worth it. Coming to ambience, it's nice and cozy with sofas. So you can relax, enjoy good food with some nice music as well.

They do have Non Vegetarian, and we are assured it tastes equally delicious 😋. And they have a two kitchens. One which cooks only Veg and another Non Veg. So, hoping to visit the place soon again to enjoy the Non Veg Delicacies. 😊

You can for sure visit this place for a good meal and hopefully you enjoy it as much...

We were here for Dine In, the overall experience was not good, as we ordered the Soup it was not up to the mark ..The chef needs to change, and also we ordered special chicken biryani, It was not the Chicken Biryani It's just used the dum biryani rice and kept coated boneless chicken pieces in the rice with masala and it is said to be special chicken biryani in the menu.... which is not good too...!

And also drinking glasses were not provided for drinking on the table, which was given after a couple of times later asking, and at last the BILL was not received on the table. which I need to go to the reception and pay the bill, that too itemized bill is not provided, when asked the paper roll is completed in the printer...!

It was a total waste of time visiting this hotel for the food....!!! I seriously believe and understand that the owner of this hotel is not at all responsible for taking good care of...
