TAAZA TIFFINS — Restaurant in Telangana

A nice little place for vegetarian tiffins, just out of Hyderabad limits on the Warangal highway. It is much before the toll road and hence good for a decent breakfast/tiffin before you get onto to the toll section. Offerings are limited but taste of offered varieties are much better than normal way side joints. You need to buy coupons before hand and x collect delivery - self service. Food delivery separated by type of tiffin such as idli, dosa, coffee, etc. All items are very tasty. Best part of the joint, besides food, is the environs - feeling of sitting outdoors with a view of traffic. Only negatives are no service and no sambar ! But chutney, though palli based, is of much better quality and very tasty. Coffee is not that good, I thought, although it is filter coffee. Opens at 0700 hrs itself and hence best for breakfast. But it is open till 10pm, so good for even dinner(tiffin). Whole family and especially children would love the environs. Must visit for all. If you are getting on to Warangal Highway and want to have tiffin, avoid all other joints and rush to Taaza Tiffins - you will not be...

We went to this place on a sunny evening.

This offers a decent variety of dishes during Breakfast , Lunch and Dinner.

During the evening Idly / Vada / Bonda / Dosa / Poori was on offer along with Tea / Coffee and Juice varieties.

We had Vada and Bonda. They served with a Chutney (Coconut & Coriander as ingredients). Vada was decent. Chutney was tasty (though a bit spicy, I liked that taste). Bonda was kind of ok, not great. When they served Bonda, one Bonda was hot and the other one was very cold. So, I went and asked the Server and he immediately offered a hot Bonda. Very courteous in responding and acting on our issues.

Tea was ok.

The ambience is pretty nice. You have a nice seating place to sit and eat the food. If you come early in the morning or in the evening, a good place to chit chat with your friends or family members. But beware of mosquitoes and flies post 6 / 6:15 PM. Definitely will give some unpleasant moments.

If you are passing by that place or have to spend time with your friends, a good outlet. Otherwise, it's not a must visit place...

We have ordered poori 3 plates but after going to service counter they took slip and after 10 minutes they are saying that they have only one plate of poori asked us to take dosa that to for 2 plates poori they are will give one masala dosa or two plan dosa after that we sed of any extra we will pay then also they were like they have only onion and the service employee Rani was so rude she is saying that go and take dosa u will get one dose as they are giving us free masala cost was 60 and 2 poori cost was 50 that is there mistake without knowing they have taken order then also they we rude,they don’t have understanding between order counter and service section, we were asking for 4 teas counter person don’t know there is tea available or not we went directly to tea counter and if we asked he seed he had they again we went back to order counter (cash counter) and we took token again...
