My recent visit to Ambarsariya Dhaba left me with mixed feelings. While I had high hopes for a memorable dining experience, several aspects fell short of my expectations. Unfortunately, the food quality didn't match the restaurant's reputation. First thing we order was paneer tikka masala but it tastelike the raw paneer only little masala which was also raw not even cooked or grilled properly. Second was the chole bhatura which was cold i don’t know how but the taste was also not up to the mark which we had tough as the chole was lesso salt i mine less me taste less. After that the it was time for Aloo Kulcha which was kind of ok ok only taste of Kulcha was good. And to end we have order the lassis, But it was an average lassis only like we get regular everywhere so there was not any specialty as being an Punjabi dahba The service was consistent at best. We experienced good service. The ambiance was only an show off for inviting as I had hoped. Considering the overall experience, I found the prices to be on the higher side. I would have expected better value for what we paid. Overall, my visit to Ambersariya Dhaba was not up to the standards I had anticipated. While every establishment can have off days, I hope the restaurant takes this feedback to heart and makes improvements for...

Looks like they’ve hired daily wage naka workers as waiters, going by how they speak and carry themselves. When we asked when the order would arrive, the waiter arrogantly said, “You ordered only 20 minutes back.”
Later, when we requested a simple washing bowl for an elderly person, he rudely said, “We won’t do that.” We had to call the manager just to get that sorted.
Make sure to place your full order in one go. If you think you’ll order starters first and then the main course later, be ready to wait and wait. Same goes for rotis, order all of them at once. If you ask for more later, they’ll take their sweet time again.
The utensils weren’t clean either, we had to wipe them with tissues before using. There is no proper table service either. They just drop the food on the table and walk away. Like I said, the service is like a typical dirty highway dhaba.
The food was okay, nothing special. But the overall experience? Terrible. If you’re planning a nice outing with good food and decent service, this is definitely...
Read moreAmbarsariya Dhabha, is a pure vegetarian startup which is ruling over the hearts of Thanekar’s at present. Reach: it’s prominent, noticeable and spot on at Pokhran road no:2. Ambience: This place has that pind vibe with all tinted glasses, wooden furniture and punjabi miniature sculptures. It is well lit and has extremely friendly and welcoming atmosphere. You would feel like you’re sitting somewhere in outskirts of a Punjabi city. Service: Boys are prompt and receptive. Food: Oh my god! I can go on talking for days. Food drips authenticity. Must try items on the menu are Chats and Chaaps in starters, Chole Bhature, Kulche(Loaded with tandoor goodness and comes with Chole), Punjabi Kadhi Pakoda, Dum Aloo, Paneer in Maincourse, Gulab Jamun and Rasmalai for dessert and LASSI for the soul. I don’t think you’ll be able to get up without a contended heart ❤️. No food item is overtly dramatised neither does any of item have unnecessary Butter or cream. All flavours are subtle and classic. Highly recommended place if you are in Thane and looking for Vegetarian place to go with your family. I bet you cannot just...
