Subway Palawa — Restaurant in Thane

I visited Subway Hiranandani Meadows this morning and it looked like they were maintaining the social distancing well, I ordered for chicken kofta sub of the day. It took a while for the lady to actually take note of the order, despite paying her through first. I understand due to COVID it is difficult to manage things, but after sometime she comes out and reconfirms the order again asks me to pay more as she thought it was a veg subway. All this was alright. But the subway lacked lettuce, the veggies were not at all there in it, what was there in it was an abundance of chili sauce which I didn’t ask for, no sweet onion at all as it was not available and the kofta was as stale as it could be. This was probably my first outside food experience after about 4 months, and it definitely was not worth it. Hope Subway...

I really love Tuna sub from subway. Lots of bread options are available to select. Nice and hygiene place. Outlets inside Malls have breads available most of time but shop type outlet outside malls run out of bread options many times as per my experience. Even chicken sub is too tasty never tried veg options. Nice quantity and sauces are yumm and love to eat frequently. Just one thing is sometimes card machine doesn't work or they don't have network they say so it makes difficult to buy sometime as i Carry less cash n more card with me. And staff needs to be trained more as how to ask for customer about their requirements...

Poor customer service, just one person who would prepare the Sandwiches for everyone and do the billing. Other staff are just busy on their phones and would watch others eat. On top of it, the management is pretty trash when it comes to sanity as me and other customers could see insects flying around. They won't even care to collect the plates left by previous customers. The quality of Subway and their staff have greatly diminished over these years. Terrible experience. If I would have an option, it could've been a 0/5. Think twice before visiting the Subway outlet in Hiranandani...
