I ordered two plates of idli and dosa, and the server brought everything together at once in a minute. I was surprised to see the dosa served along with the order. The idli was very nice, but the dosa seemed reheated, as if it was leftover from a previous order—very disappointing. I asked the server if I ordered another dosa, would it be fresh or reheated like this one. He was shocked, clearly not expecting us to raise the question. The next dosa he brought was fresh and good.
Madurakaranukae vibuthi adika paakuriyae? Matha ooru state kaarana ennana panuva! Please be genuine when serving food. Incidents like this spoil your brand.
Also, I feel the service needs improvement. We had a slight hesitation about dining here when we entered, as we noticed another customer shouting at a server. Such incidents create a negative impression and must be addressed to maintain...

I got served by a very old person even he doesn't have a minute to listen to the food orders, he was in a hurry to run ,no proper service.. we pay money for the food dey serve.. food quality is GOOD. But except for the parking security all other persons working intl the hotel are VERY VERY RUDE. Even after the government ban on plastics they sell PLASTIC BOXES for parcel. We have to buy those plastic boxes for extra money... I'm very much irritated and annoyed by their service.. very poor management... Kindly replace all your staffs ,because another group of family where also arguing for the same at that time... POOR

First of all, being located in an ideal place between Kerala and tamilnadu where there are avid travellers and iyappan devotees, the way they treat their customers is unacceptable. The restrooms have extreme lack of privacy. They have chosen to keep transparent netted doors instead of full opaque doors to prevent people from utilising the restrooms.
Secondly, they are restricting people from utilising the Power sockets by readily calling an electrician to seal the sockets. The attitude they give to travellers is disgusting.
Treat your customers with dignity before running a business!
