New Everest Hotel — Restaurant in Theni

I have been a fan of this hotel. But i got a really worse experience today. I went to this hotel with my family today afternoon. After lunch I have tried using my food coupons (sodexo & zeta) for payment which I have used in this hotel in the past. Unfortunately their device was showing an invalid message as 'insufficient fund'. But actually I had sufficient balance. It was not my fault actually. And I was ready to pay the bill with my debit card. But the gentleman in the counter was murmuring that I am playing. And I have asked him to pick his words carefully when talking to customers but he was not in a mode to accept that what he has done is wrong.It was really offensive and there was another women joined in the middle of the conversation and stating that we can't swipe 3 cards for a single payment when there is crowd. But how can I help in this case and there were not much crowd actually. Do they let me go without paying if there is crowd. Obviously they would have insisted to swipe my another card.And this lady who joined the conversation was irritating and she got in to the conversation without knowing what the other fellow has told. Really cheap people in the counter spoiling the hard earned brand name and other worker's effort.I have decided not to visit this hotel ever again. Unfortunately I couldn't find anyone as manager to inform about this.

I am willing to talk to any representative of the hotel to explain what has happened in detail. I feel that we were humiliated for no reason.
