I have had very bad experience today at the lunch time. After sitting in the table no one has come to our table for the food orders, after we shout 2people had come forward.

Me and my friend have occupied 6seater table that was the one which was available at that time. So we placed our orders and receieved the banana leaf and watering also has been done for the leaves to clean it. About to place the food but there is a twist.

One service person had come and asked us to move to 2seater table without any request since there are 6 people have reserved he said. We said ok and proceeded to the 2seater table.

When we place our banana leaf in the 2seater table that was not enough for 2people. We Really get irritated and the service person is advising us to sit into corner of the tables to adjust.

I immediately shouted all. The first mistake is customer should not be moved once they setlled. Or you have to guide them to place in proper comfortable place.

Telling lies is such a rude business because till we complete our lunch no one has come to that 6seater table.

There is a partiality beteen the high value billing crowd and low value billing crowd. Ethically is not correct and to be corrected asap by restaurant management.

Horrible service, below average food, cleanliness is also poor.

The table was dirty and not cleaned (for 5+ minutes) until I had to ask the waiter to assign someone to clean it. The boy who came to clean it did not actively attempt to clean it and merely tried to make it appear as if he had made an effort.

The chicken lollipop ordered was borderline burnt, lacking any flavor and was below average at best.

The service was poor, below average again. The waiter had to be asked for the simplest of things - no water was served upon arrival, a single menu was provided for a group of 3, etc.

The restaurant has numerous houseflies roaming about and interrupting the dining experience.

Firstly we ordered non- veg meals for three . The non veg meals came with four thokkus ( prawn + karuvadu + Nandu + chicken ). It also had karuvadu thokku which is a rarity in most of the non veg hotels these days. The mutton and chicken biriyani were not hot. I guess the mutton biriyani would have tasted and smelled great had it been hot.
