I haven’t seen such an adamant people in my life. They really need to train their staff on behaviour ethics. I booked an order from zomoto and there was an issue in that without my knowledge extra add ons were added in the bill. After paying the amount only I noticed . Immediately within 3 to 5 mins I pinged kawai cakes to modify my order and to make into 1 kg cake instead of 1/2 kg and delete the extra items like ballon accesories nd all. The rest pending amount I can gpay you I said. But the person was so so adamant and said it’s not possible and I need to go through Zomato people. When I exclusive send him screenshot saying Zomato is asking me to talk to Resturant for any modifications but still he denied abruptly. Then it took 10 to 15 mins to speak to a Zomato executive and executive also agreed y these people r doing like this.
