KRUMBERY BISTRO & CAFE — Restaurant in Tondiarpet

Yesterday we had a family dinner here , was experiencing very bad customer service, No one was attending us until we call them the person who took order left out an item in the order and we didn't know we were waiting for almost 30 mins and he is gone never came to us after that when we called and asked him he told that order was not taken down 😡 then he asked to wait and our order came after 30 mins we have been waiting for almost 1 Hour , No Forks no spoons no tissue in the table we were left unattended for almost an hour no one was coming to our table, we have to find and ask for everything each time and for 6 people waiter gave us 4 forks & 4 Spoons.. they even reduced their food quantity but the price was the same as before, we went in at 7 :30 pm and came out after 9:40 pm...The service couldn't be...

Never go to these kind of local restaurants....I bought a burnt garlic fried rice and two normal chicken rice(take away) after coming home seeing the food I went insane that all the rice was coated with orange colour!!! I called the restaurants and the response they gave was silly saying " they prepared sause in that vessel so it would ve become orange!!! Am I blind or illiterate to accept your reason!!! The mac and cheese shrimp smelled disgusting!!! And they forgot one of my order...Please ppl around madhavaram never go to this restaurants, if you're concern about your kids health and your health spend your money on quality restaurants and not this kind of high lighted dump!!! I'm definitely complaining to food safety for using orange color with all these...

Me and my wife went for Saturday night dinner by 8:54pm. I have informed the waiter that we need a table for 2 people. He said he will arrange a table. After 20 minutes a family of 8 people came as soon they came the restaurant people are eagerly came and attend them with in 15 minutes they arranged 2 tables and make it one for them. I went to waiter and asked about it he asked me how many of you sir and he acted ike that we have just entered restaurant. I was got upset and asked them we came early and you guys gave the table to them. They didn't reply and asked me to wait for my table. It was very worst experience with KRUMBERY BISTRO & CAFE.
