wheat parotta was horrible. forget about biting, I cant even break it with my hand. Such was its condition. and the butter chicken was never meant to be butter chicken, the worst version i had in many years. when i ordered wheat parotta, the cashier didn't say anything and made bill. but after sometime chef came and said that it is not available. They talked amongst them and the chef proceeded to make parotta. before leaving he said to the cashier that "i will make somehow and give. but it wont taste nice" All this time i was sitting opposite to them hearing the conversation. the cashier didn't identify me because it was another one who made the bill. This is very unprofessional, they should have said that its not available, so do you wish to change the order. Pathetic and lousy and zero percent care for their customers. Eat at your own risk. I did not interfere in the conversation just to see what they were doing. which cost me 300 to 400 rupees. the wheat parotta was very...
Read moreI went with my family with lots of expectations after seeing the outside atmosphere and spacious interior but it’s failed in all the aspects in terms of food n service n etc. I am very much fond with kerala traditional foods but none of them are not worthy for their highly priced. Service is very worst and restrooms not maintained properly. Malabar briyani very worst (chicken is very sticky, hard , overcooked and not able to eat it’s like chewy) and especially very very less quantity. Al Faham with Peri Peri Sauce it’s worst dish for 550rs and same like the chicken in the Malabar Briyanai(sticky, hard , overcooked).
Outcome of the food result was digestion issue for myself and kids as well.
Note : Premium interiors and plenty of parking space but not having the food quality of the roadside hotels(40rs(100g) chicken 65 more tastier n tender in the KATTUR OR THIRUVERUMBUR AREA than this hotel...
