KMS Hakkim Biriyani — Restaurant in Trichy Corporation Limits

We ordered paneer butter masala, mushroom curry, thandoor roti,veg noodles and veg fried rice... Taste of Both the curries is not satisfactory. Not even close to satisfactory level.... Quality of presentation is poor.. veg biryani was not available.. Veg fried rice and veg noodles are ok..to fill the stomach. Thadoor roti is having sour taste.. we ordered two rotis but the quantity of paneer curry was not sufficient for two rotis , so we needed to order mushroom curry... actually we requested for mixed veg curry, as no vegetables were available we need to change to mushroom curry.. Not so good ambience, lighting is soo low as if we are entering some sort of bar...place is very small and tables are arranged in a tight manner. Our table is just at the door of wash room, found highly disturbing every time it is opened and closed. Sofas are provided with one side entry so you need to slide to get to other side felt very inconvenient black plates steel bowls....not so appealing.. over all not a place for vegetarians. I don't know regarding non vegetarian food. May be a good place for non vegetarian food.. I have written this much lengthy review not to defame the place.. I written my view it can be help ful for the management also to improve.. and give pen picture...

Scammed by them... I had placed an Order in Zomato (Veg Meals, Chiken Leg, Omelette) at 1pm on 25.06.2023. The App showed that I'd receive the order in 100 minutes. Since I felt I could wait (as I never knew Hakkim serves Meals), I waited for the food to be Delivered. Fast-forward, it is 3pm and I get a call from one of the executives from Zomato that the Food is not available. When I enquired why it is intimated to me after 2 hours, the executive said that the Restaurant had called me prior to inform this and I too acknowledged the order to be cancelled (but I never received the call in the First place). When I asked Zomato Executive to connect me with the restaurant, she said that the Number is not reachable now and this information was intimated to them only by their Delivery executive. Either Hakkim or Zomato scammed me in this matter. Hence I'm letting both the Delegates know about this!

Two simple questions: if there wasn't Veg Meals in the restaurant, then why show it in the Menu. if the order was placed by mistake, then why intimate it after two hours??
