Bafna's — Restaurant in Ujjain

Went impressed with bafna brand n a total disappointment. Too much waiting , dirty plates , have to ask for almost everything , tissue paper , spoons , salt , etc . Almost everything we ordered was either average or poor quality . Even dahi bada and daal were tasteless . The cashew was uncooked as was the gravy n to think they promoted cashew masala as their special. I feel the problem is lack of training , planning n execution . Just because one is extraordinary in sweets n namkin, doesn't make then good or even average restaurant by default. Overall , complete wastage of 800 rupees , fortunately for the last time as I don't intend to visit it again . Barring an young person , the management was ill prepared n unsympathetic n a lot cost conscious in their behavior , even at the cost...

Every day there are lot's of restaurant's opens and closes. Learn to Respect your customers first. I was visited with my family today, there was no response from the hotel staff. After calling them several times they are not ready to response. After sitting some time we decided to move and started walking towards exit, but they still didn't show any response after passing by them. They were just looking towards us but didn't ask a single question. This type of behavior shouldn't happened to anyone. It's very shameful act. Customers happiness should be your first goal. I wish there was an option to give negative rating here, for that's how disappointed I am with the food and the service. Bad food can still be tolerated if accomapnied with considerate service.

Tried Cheese Chilly Garlic Naan which had neither cheese nor garlic in it, and when complained about it to the manager, he disappeared for 15 minutes. I never imagined pav bhaji to be this distasteful, and then Bam, I decided to try it here. The response from the staff was truely disappointing.
