Had ordered a cake for a 50th anniversary celebration and had a horrible experience at the time of delivery. I reached the shop to collect my order only to find out that the names mentioned on the cake were incorrect, when asked to correct it, they somehow wiped the previous names (leaving color on the spots) and mentioned the correct details over it. This part took them around 1hr. When we complained that it looked horrible they again tried to make some changes and still left with some color marks on the cake. This again took around 40 min. On complaining further to manager and the owner, they asked they will look into it quickly but came back with not so great looking cake after 30 mins. We finally decided that we will take the delivery and asked them to put the cake in the car for which they took more 15-20 mins. This cake was supposed to be a gift and we were supposed to be at the venue with the cake by around 1pm but were stuck in this horrific situation till ~4pm. A terrible experience and would never recommend this...
