I have experienced a worst service of Dominos. Dominos should recruit good staffs who can take care of the store with great efficiency as they handle end numbers of crowd in person as well as they attend the customers on call to place an order. An issue i have accross is, i had placed my order at their outlet in ulhasnagar 4 at 6:30pm and it was 8pm the order was not delivered. I am from uljasnagar itself and it was 1.5 hours the order was not delivered. After waiting so long i called them up to check an update on my order, the lady on phone named Poonam questioned me if i had call her for order because they dont have any records of my order. In between our conversation she put me on hold, then an another lady attended me saying the same thing. She said, she will check and will get back to me within few minutes. But after 15 minutes i called up because they did not bother to call me and give an explanation or confirmation. Then after discussion the lady on phone poonam accepted that it was their mistake. The girl who had taken my order , she had taken all my details and order but she missed placing it and the order got cancelled. My question is if that thing, it was their responsibility to call us and tell the same thing and to reconfirm the order. Instead of that they were lieing to me that i never placed any order. It was very disappointing. We ordered and waited for 1.5 hours understanding that because of heavy orders the delay must have happened in delivery. But it was something else. I must say they are noy well trained for customer service job....

Atmosphere? Gave school canteen during power cut vibes. Lights flickering, messy tables, and donāt even talk about that AC ā it was not working, and the heat inside was doing boxing matches with my patience. I was sweating harder than their pizza oven.
Honestly, whole place felt like it gave up on life. No vibe, no service, no flavour. Dominoās, do better or just...

The pizza toppings were not fresh at all-especially the mushrooms, which had an unpleasant appearance and taste. Additionally, the air conditioning in the outlet was not functioning properly. Even after raising the issue with the manager, Mr. Ramesh, and requesting an adjustment, there was no noticeable improvement in the cooling.
Domino's is a reputed brand, and we expect a certain standard of quality and comfort. After such an unsatisfactory experience with both the food and the ambiance, itās hard to consider visiting this outlet again.
