Barista - Best Cafe in Gorakhpur — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Mood Spoilers! they will need to understand the model of barista or basically cafes. I came to this place to work for a few hours because I thought I can. Pros: Good wifi, clean washroom and decent coffee. Cons: staff attitude and inconsistent service.

Day 1 was good, I ordered large americano but served small as seen in image. Asked for a glass of water, got big glass and everything else was good. Day 2 I ordered same and got bigger glass thats when I figured out the difference but I avoided to ask for the previous day. While I had my coffee and cookies, was working and thats when a server came to ask if I want to place an order, like after a large americano and a jumbo cookie.. should I eat more for at least a few hours. Asked for a GLASS of water and today in response I got “we have a large and a small bottle, which one?” I mean seriously? Also, I got a small white cup of water, attaching the image.

I think I will not come again or recommend this place...

I visited Gorakhpur for a few days and enjoyed good coffee here. The good coffee and beautiful space of the shop are things you should explore when visiting Gorakhpur.

The first day I was not satisfied with some things because of the staff made a small mistake but it's nothing compared to the good coffee and beautiful shop. And they give me nice service on the second day, I was really satisfied with the beautiful space, good coffee, and attentive service.

Special praise for the elderly security guard who was extremely cheerful and polite (a plus point along with the good coffee and beautiful shop for this place).

A small suggestion is that you should come here to read a book (they play soft and stimulating music while reading) or buy some to take away while admiring the lake view (especially during the beautiful foggy winter)

I was so happy to visit Barista Gorakhpur for the first time...around 11'o clock!! But I'm really sorry to say that this is my worst experience and I will never visit again. I asked for water from the female staff, she was looking with an angry expression. I asked for hot coffee but I was served cold and tasteless coffee. Really disappointed with the service. I asked to reheat the coffee but the staff was very rude. Staff has very much attitude. Barista is destroying the brand value. My morning is spoiled and had a terrible bad...
