The standard of service came crashing down . It's sad but that's the reality . Saw this growing well compared to all other biggies restaurant but now the staff started taking customers for granted . Tantrums , no quick delivery, people form groups ,ignore and even forget about previously said orders for take away . No information why the dish is getting so late . But in the beginning customer service was good constant learning and feedback shared would be effectively applied now every thing goes for a bouncer . If food is left we asked for get it packed it was done but now upfront they deny . What a shame . Even I was ready to pay for packing I was denied . Such good some staff member.
