Bikaner Sweets & Namkeen — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

I am reviewing this review because of Quality and Service degradeded this restaurant. I am explaining point to point. Wrong order pack or same item in other packet as well if you order multiple sweets or any other product. My experience was I ordered Dhokla and Khandwi packed but when I open packet at home both have Dhokla. No khandwi in order but Bill amount for khandwi and Dhokla. I seen people complaint multiple time with same order issue but no improvement. Quality issue - you tested one sweet and ordered that one but when you open order at your place inside item Quality not as you tested or ordered. Old stock or Refined one if you orderd Deshi ghee one. Totaly no athics. The owner or staff misbehaving with you if you Complan your packed or passed order Issue. They typically try to say as attitude jo ukhadna hai ukhad lo types.Also they simply say agli baar se order counter men check kar liya karo sir. One insidence I seen in Navratra days one couple had wrong item packed issue they came for complaint but owner behaviour like pathetic with them after few minutes orgument, 2 police men also came they are also watching the argument and after owner don't care attitude the couple left from there Imagine what happened the owner asked his staff to serve some sweet to those police men and all of three people start Smiling and commenting just like pith piche majak udana or...

Awful experience, to say the least I have never had this bad of an experience at a restaurant, there was so much rush outside the samosa stand even in the afternoon . I gave my slip, and waited but the samosas were finished and then I waited for 30 mins for it to cook again, and then waited outside again and still they didn’t give me the samosas I ordered. I went inside told the staff the issue they said they can’t do anything and that I will have to deal with it. I mean if I am the one dealing with the nuisance, why did they open the shop. I complained at the front corner, the cashier was very rude about the situation and put the blame on me. I saw another person also complaining about the same but they didn’t...

Due to name and good looking shop, I went to eat Chole Bhathure. Bhathure were bad carrying black parts which usually comes when you do cooking in burnt oil and not clearing oil after using it repeatedly. But the surprise factor was Chole which had black Hair in it. I showed it to staff on counter which casually said sorry and asked the staff in cooking area to wear cap who turned laughed and didn't bother the advice and got busy in their work. Recently, near Diwali I also noticed one customer was annoyed so much with callous behaviour is the staff. I really doubt if this Bikaner could sustain in this locality if not...
