They offer great variety of sweets and snacks. Both packaged snacks and snacks like samosa, kachori etc are available at Gopala. The taste is average. Do not go with high expectations because honestly the samosa at a local shop tastes quite good then theirs.

This is a pathetic sweets shop chain in this area, better go for Haldiram or Badami.

Gopala staff says their Rasgulla gets spoiled within half an hour once taken out from their sweet shop so they cannot take guarantee of a Rasgulla ,they themselves packed 2 hours ago. (Pretext for selling spoiled, sour Rasgulla). Now, I have eaten Rasgulla all over India, nowhere I was given such wild arguments and I was scratching my head whole day.

Now comes to their contact centre, when you put an email or review they will call for keepsake, .but no action...

They sell near to expiry and expiry products. Follows no guidelines of FSSAI (No display of use by date on loose sweets, no use of gloves, etc). Had severe stomach infection after consuming their sweets.

Suggest everyone to buy from other regular sweet shops not from franchise outlet, as they are selling spoiled products for extra profits.

Already lodged complaint with Food safety department. Will...

I believe this is Franchisee and not managed by Gopala. I've had Ghewar from Gopala located in Amar Colony. I purchased from this store and the quality was not upto the mark, the base was full of excess sugar syrup which I have never noticed at Gopala. Their quality is not upto the mark. I don't...
