One plausible interpretation is that "bicano" is a misspelling of "bicarbonate," as in sodium bicarbonate (baking soda), a common chemical compound with diverse uses. Sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO₃) is an alkaline substance used in cooking, cleaning, and medicine. In baking, it acts as a leavening agent, reacting with acids to release carbon dioxide, helping dough rise. Medically, it serves as an antacid to relieve heartburn or indigestion by neutralizing stomach acid. It’s also a household staple for cleaning, deodorizing (e.g., in refrigerators), and even personal care, like teeth whitening or soothing skin irritations. Its versatility stems from its ability to balance pH levels, making it valuable in both industrial and domestic settings.Alternatively, "bicano" might derive from a linguistic or cultural context, possibly in Portuguese or Spanish-speaking regions, where similar-sounding words could relate to local slang, cuisine, or traditions. For instance, it could be a colloquial term for a dish, a nickname, or a regional expression not widely documented in English sources. Without specific context, this remains speculative.Another possibility is a fictional or niche reference, such as a character, brand, or term from a specific community, but no clear matches appear in current data. If "bicano" refers to something from a particular field, media, or language, please clarify details like its origin or usage. For a more accurate response, could you specify the context (e.g., science, culture, fiction)? This would help refine the explanation. For now, if bicarbonate was intended, its practical applications are vast. If not, further details will unlock a...
Read moreOctober 2023: Stopped here on my way to Rishikesh from Delhi and also while returning from Haridwar as almost all luxury buses make a pit stop here for food and toilet break. Food quality is good as usual. This time we were in a group and we enjoyed our meals. Tried Chole Bhature and lassi. If you order just lassi then it is not served to your table. You have to do self service which is awkward given the fact that we were in a group and the staff were sitting idle. Toilet hygiene was ok. The ambience is nice.
August 2023: Stopped here while traveling to Rishikesh in NueGo electric bus from ISBT kashmiri gate Delhi for food stop and toilet break.. Took executive thali(veg) @290/- plus taxes= 310/- plus tips. The food quality is still good and ambience and atmosphere is also good, only thing is they play odd songs in the music system which might be irritating to someone, hygiene is good, toilet is moderately clean, food is somewhat overpriced but service is good.
January 2020: Stopped here midway from Dehradun to Delhi while traveling in Uttarakhand Tourism Volvo bus for lunch. The food (special thali) was super tasty and fresh. Although it was a little pricey but the quality and taste and presentation made up for it. A variety of other food and beverage are also available. Toilet...
Read moreI had a very disappointing experience with the food I ordered. The Manchurian had an overpowering salty taste—almost like consuming poison—and the chowmein was also excessively salty. I raised the issue, and your executive mentioned they would refine it. However, all they did was add new noodles, which turned out to be extremely oily, and the Manchurian was just topped with more vegetables but remained overly salty.
Even the buttermilk was not as described. I was told it contained turmeric, but it clearly had some artificial coloring instead. I also specifically requested tea with less sugar, but it was served with an excessive amount of sugar.
Overall, the quality and taste were far below expectations, and I hope you take this feedback seriously.
I even requested to cancel the food due to the extremely poor taste, but they insisted that I still had to pay for it. It felt as if they were treating the customer like a fool who doesn’t know what good food tastes like. The person at the counter was particularly rude and dismissive — instead of addressing the concern, he said I had to pay the full amount, even when I clearly expressed my dissatisfaction. His response came off as taunting rather...
