Moti Mahal Delux — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

The worst place to visit for a meal !!! It is even worthless giving a review here about the restaurant . If I elaborate, starting with the service — it is definitely the worst service provided by any restaurant I have visited till date . Even the roadside smallest dhaba can provide you better service then this . The wait time was so much that you anyone would choose to walk out without having food . If we come to the quantity of food , it was very much less and not worth it and this could easily be ignored if the taste of food was good which again was below average . Except dal makhni , nothing was worth eating . It was so so so bad experience and we went here by the name of restaurant “Moti Mahal Delux” and we can definitely say that they are ruining the image of brand .

Cherry on the cake was that the owner (or manager) was so rude and they definitely don’t deserve to be in service industry . Instead of resolution and providing good service , he was so arrogant and rude that any short tempered person will definitely pick a fight with him . He tried to threaten us giving a reason that he is local there and can do anything . Even he raised his voice to the throat when we informed that we are going to write on social media about the experience . He said that restaurant don’t bother about social media (Google review) ratings .

This is the worst restaurant i saw, i was with my friends but we had a small order but what we saw is the reason we'll recommend one and all to never ever visit this scammed hotel.

The manager is very rude to the customer..one customer next to our table complaint about the flies on the table and the order is delayed..The manager angrily shouted on him and said "Should I need to catch the flies and after he said just change your table"..That person was with his family and he politely said this is your restaurant, So it's your responsibility to manage all the things. After that the person didn't took his lunch and said to the manager please give me the bill and manager took the payment after knowing that he didn't ate...How shameless person he is.. Not just this there r many incidents happened at this place which I saw after our visit so to all the travels and people looking forward to coming here, just skip your plans, Bikano hotel is just 50 meter ahead go there, that's a 1000% more good option even the dhabas nearby will provide better quality of food plus with great behaviour...

Don't be fooled by the name. Not recommended at all. We were searching for non-veg restaurants on the stretch, and going by the name, we chose this one. It was a pure veg, but still going by the brand of Moti Mahal, we thought the food will be amazing. Everything here was on the contrary. The service was very late and the quantity was not great. The executive thali, aloo parantha, and cold coffee were just okay. However, the hyderabadi dum biryani was way below average. Worst was the pav bhaji, it was stale and inedible. We still decided to eat the pao only and shared the rest as we were getting late. We paid the full bill but gave feedback on the pao bhaji at the billing counter. The waiter serving us came and started rubbishing my husband and throwing attitude, while the billing guy/franchise owner was just looking on. Don't be surprised if you chance upon this place and find it almost empty. I would suggest that you check out the many dhabas...
