I have been a loyal and regular customer of BBK for years, always ordering their Hyderabadi Mutton Dum Biryani (1 kg pack). But sadly, BBK has completely lost its charm and quality now.

They stopped offering the 1 kg pack and switched to a half kg pack — and ever since, the quality has gone downhill. The half kg biryani is a disaster: the mutton gravy becomes watery, the rice turns soggy, and it doesn’t even feel properly cooked. I’ve faced this issue not once, but 3–4 times in a row. Every time, I hoped it would improve, and even raised complaints multiple times — but clearly, BBK doesn’t care about its customers anymore.

It feels like BBK has become arrogant, ignoring customer needs and compromising on both quality and value. And now, loyal customers like me are being forced to look elsewhere for good biryani. If this is how BBK wants to treat its long-time customers, then I genuinely hope more people stop ordering from them and switch to better options.

Extremely disappointed. From being my favorite biryani brand, BBK has now become the worst...

I mostly order Biryani from there, here in Greater Noida they have only take away/ delivery facilities. The place located in KB Complex, Alpha-2. You can order directly via in person visit or by their own app or you can use other popular app like Zomato, swiggy etc. You can customize the spice level of your order.

Talking about the food, the Biryani's specially Hydrabadi are tasty and always delivered hot and perfectly cooked. Mutton Biryani is my fav, apart from Mutton Hydrabadi Biryani I have tried their all biryani except Kolkata Chicken Biryani and Cholle Biryani. The hydrabadi birynai served with mirch salan and lucknow ones are served with raita. Quality food with best in class hygiene. Amazing taste. Their PRICING is the only thing which leads people to think twice before ordering. Just because of there product pricing mostly people who wants to have BBK's Biryani skip their orders...

Firstly, I really loved the food here. It was my first time I ordered from their Patna’s outlet and I ordered my favourites Chicken biryani, Chicken Korma with Ulta tawa paratha and chicken seekh. Tried their chicken seekh for the first time and trust me presentation and taste of the food item was marvellous. I am very happy with the choices I made while ordering. Secondly, the delivery was done in a very professional way and timely. Covid-19 precautions were kept on mind, Contacless delivery and the delivery person was wearing all the gears.
