Grand Heritage Resort — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

Hi I am Devanand from Saket, New Delhi. I would like to share my experience that I had at Grand Heritage Resort, Greater Noida where we solemnized Haldi, Mehandi, Sangeet and Wedding ceremonies of our daughter Shivani during 5th to 7th December, 2024. Right from start to finish, the entire team of officials of Grand Heritage Resort namely S/Shri Arpit Gaur, Neeraj, Munna Yadav, Anshuman, Anuj, Amit and Sachin handled the whole event with expertise and absolute grace. They accommodated all our requests and executed the work in the most efficient manner. Everything went amazingly well during various ceremonies solemnized for my daughter's wedding. I cannot express how appreciative we are for everything the entire team did to make it a memorable event for everyone. Entire staff was well-behaved, polite, efficient and helpful. As a result of their sincere efforts and hard work the whole event was really spectacular and exactly what we wanted for our daughter's marriage. Everything was well-organized and absolutely perfect-the food, decor, DJ, ambience and other arrangements. Planning and execution of every minute aspect were par excellence. I personally observed that the entire team under the overall supervision of Mr Arpit Gaur took keen interst, put in their best efforts and remained on their toes to make the whole event a big success. We pay our sincere thanks to the entire team for flawlessly working with all of our details and excellent execution of each and every detail. Their wonderful arrangements added to the joyful spirit of the wedding and made it a memorable occasion for everyone who attended the wedding. Their professionalism and hard work is really praiseworthy. The entire team took all pains and paid attention to each minute detail be it food, decor, creativity or any other related arrangement, which made the event unforgettable for everyone. We really appreciate all the quick responses made by the Resort's team to all our concerns, which made us feel comfortable and confident. All the skills that are necessary in this field were very apparent throughout the entire event. I can say with full confidence that the entire team of Grand Heritage Resort know the intricacies of planning and executing such events successfully. Everything was top notch and fabulous, be it food, catering, decor, DJ, accommodation, room service and any other arrangement. It was truly a fabulous and fantastic celebration throughout the three days. Our family, friends and guests thoroughly enjoyed all celebrations. We have received the glowing feedback from our friends and relatives and even from the marriage party for which we express our heartfelt joy and gratitude to the entire team of Grand Heritage Resort and especially to it's team leader Mr Arpit Gaur. Everyone is impressed of how the ceremonies went so smoothly. Fantastic job done by the Resort's team richly deserves appreciation. Also thanks a lot for making my daughter's dream come true in making nice arrangements for making special stage for their dance performances in the beautiful Glass House which you have recently got constructed at the resort. Effect of lighting, sound and music in Glass House for dance performances is really marvellous. Further, the structure built for Phere/Vedi in the lawn surrounded by trees, flowers and plantations gives a royal and majestic view to the auspicious event. Everything was way beyond our expectations. We would like to thank the Management and entire team of Grand Heritage Resort for making my daughter's wedding event so special and perfect. Everyone who attended this event, appreciated the whole arrangements with full heart. I recently hosted my wedding at Grand Heritage Resort Greater Noida, and I couldn't be more thrilled with how everything turned out! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, and directly opposite Delta 1 Metro Station, making it easily accessible for all our guests.

The food was nothing short of amazing—so many varieties to choose from, all of which were delicious! A special mention to their live counters, especially the pizza and pasta, which were absolutely lip-smacking. The quality of food was top-notch, and everyone loved it.

The decor was stunning, particularly the glass house and the vedi waterfall, which created the perfect ambiance for our ceremony. It truly felt like a dream come true.

The staff went above and beyond. They were courteous and attentive throughout all our events. A big thank you to the managers, Mr. Neeraj, Mr. Arpit, and Mr. Kulbhushan, who were always on their toes and ensured everything went smoothly.

From breakfast to dinner, every meal was delightful, and our family had a fantastic time at the function. The only constructive feedback I have is regarding the DJ. Unfortunately, the DJ had some connectivity issues, and we couldn't get the songs we wanted for the groom-bride entry and performances despite prior requests. It was a minor hiccup, but it would be great if the music experience could be improved.

Overall, if anyone asks for a recommendation, I would say without hesitation: Grand Heritage Resort is the perfect place for a memorable wedding. A huge plus is that they offer 50+ rooms, which is a rarity among many resorts and hotels.

We booked the Grand Heritage Resort for all the functions to be held on 12, 13 Feb with 45 rooms on 5th Nov for my sister in law's wedding. From that day till the checkout day, I can't thank enough to Mr. Arpit (GM) who has been like a brother to me in each step taken from 0 to 100. He made sure for each and everything making to be perfect and our show to be a great success.

The property is so beautiful and huge with neat and clean rooms, 2 big lawns, 2 grand halls, swimming pool, proper parking space and great services. It gave a feeling of destination wedding.

I would also like to mention the backbones of the team - Mr. Neeraj (Manager), Mr. Anshuman, Mr. Munna Singh without whom it wouldn't have been possible.. they are the ones standing on one leg and making everything available just on one call.

Talking about food in every function snacks, main course, desserts.. everything was so so delicious just as we wanted punjabi taste, a big thanks to the chef. The presentation, quality of food, serving, everything was just perfect. Everyone just loved the live counter "Chai". The breakfast was amazing with lot of variety and great taste.

The most important thing which brings aesthetics to the space is decor part for which we would like to thank Mr. Pramod and his very hard working staff Mr. Munna who created every corner and small small detailing sooo beautiful that it bought life to our all the functions.
