Brijwasi bakery (Telibagh) — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Ordered a 2 tier cake with simplest design for my child's birthday, the cake was prepared uneven hence looked like leaning Tower of Pisa. When i had given feedback to the gentleman at the counter, he clarified - Sir this happens quite often with 2 tier cakes, i was speechless at the honesty. But why do you take the order for it - answer was a grin. I mean why the baker who prepared the order didn't notice, why others didn't notice, where is the simple quality check which can be done by naked eyes.

Don't take me wrong, the cake was delicious. Have been taking cake from this shop almost every month and never had any issue, till this incident. Giving one star as it was very special day for me and the cake ruined it.
