Aryan Telibagh — Restaurant in Uttar Pradesh

Judgemental staff! That’s the word I can think of post my visit. I went there with my family after an exhausting day at an adventure park. Since it was too exhausting so we decided to have dinner at aryan’s and then proceed to our place. We went directly to aryan restaurant so our attire was too casual basically wearing slippers and too casual dressed up. It was Mother’s day so it was quite crowded. Also we looked out of place. What disappointed me the most was that they gave a mother’s day freebies to all the tables with moms but they didn’t came to us. Despite of having 2 moms at our table, me being a mom of 8 months old and my mother-in-law, they didn’t came up to us. The thing which was important here was not a free pastry that they were handing out but the respect they gave. Extremely Rude & Unprofessional – Worst Experience

I ordered from Aryan’s Family Delight Restaurant, Telibagh through Swiggy. The order was delayed for a long time, and the delivery partner was unresponsive despite multiple calls. When I contacted the restaurant directly, the staff behaved rudely, showed zero willingness to help, and outright refused to provide any alternative solution — not even allowing me to pick up the food myself.

Their attitude was dismissive and completely unprofessional. As a paying customer, I expect at least basic courtesy and an attempt to resolve the issue, but here there was none.

If you value good service, timely delivery, and respectful communication, I strongly suggest avoiding this place. There are far better restaurants nearby that treat customers with the respect they deserve.

Me and my family were used to order food from this restaurant but in the course of time they have reduced the quality and quantity of food as well and they are charging exorbitant prices for their sub-standard food. Moreover, I have not got any response/feedback regarding my last complaint as promised by their operator. It has also come to my knowledge that they sometimes outsource food from local dhabas/restaurants. They think that they can survive in the market by doing such practices.
